We are looking for a dedicated professional that has aspirations to become a valued addition to our
team and grow their career internally within the organization. We are searching for an Operations Support
Assistant to report to and assist our Controller with office operations support. We can offer you the
opportunity to work in a cohesive team with like professionals on a wide variety of projects over the coming years.

Manage phone calls and office mail/deliveries
Managing office inventory
Coordinating office activities
Maintaining general office files
Overall tidiness of the office (conference room chairs, kitchen, etc.)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Answering the phone in a professional manner
Greeting guests and escorting them as necessary
Opening, date stamping and sorting the office mail daily
Logging preliminary notices
Distributing incoming packages
Preparing overnight packages
Ordering and stocking office supplies
Ordering and stocking snacks and drinks
Providing office tours as necessary
Managing conference room calendars
Preparing conference rooms for meetings as necessary
Filing as needed
Monitoring website inquiries
Refrigerator & water station filter maintenance
Monthly car wash list
Managing Acai bowls, coffee truck and monthly lunches
Assisting team members whenever necessary
Must be proficient in math skills, Microsoft Office (excel, word, project, outlook) preferred
Have outstanding interpersonal skills
Have strong organizational skills
Be detail oriented
Be a positive representation of DCI
Work well with others
Have strong communication skills, verbal and written
Be willing to help others as requested
Be a team player
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous Operations support experience preferred
