Our client, based in Boston, MA, specializes in design, engineering, and construction of roads and bridges in the New England area. They are completely dedicated to crafting resilient solutions for community growth. They are in immediate need of a Bridge / Structural Engineer to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, analyze and inspect of bridges and team on diverse projects.
- Assist in developing unique projects and being involved in all aspects through construction.
- Their engineers advance based on their developed skills and desire to learn and take on new challenges.
- Senior engineers are there to support and mentor you while you advance and develop new skills and expertise.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 2-4 years related experience
- PE registration or the ability to take the PE exam within six months of hire.
- Strong AutoCAD experience, preferably on MassDOT projects.
- Exposure to bridge analysis and design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated and responsible individual with strong work ethic.
- Ability to work cooperatively on multi-discipline projects
