Summary

Our client is a digital marketing and web design development organization located in the Inland Empire (Riverside, CA).  They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Operations Manager to join their team.   This individual will have the unique responsibility of overseeing and managing all aspects of their business operations. Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee project management processes and ensure the timely delivery of client projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and prioritize tasks.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual performance.
  • Hire, train, and mentor team members to foster professional development and growth.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and service.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and innovation.
Qualifications & Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management or project management, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
