Our client has full-time, immediate openings for skilled Commercial Electricians in the Tampa Bay Area, FL. We are seeking experienced professionals who take pride in their work and are excited to contribute to some of the most prominent construction projects in the region.

Electricians

  • Experience: You are an experienced Electrician with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Commercial Background: Experience in commercial settings such as hospitals, schools, malls, stores, and other commercial buildings is preferred.
  • License and Transportation: Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.

 

Leads

  • Experience: Leads should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Commercial field (Journeymen preferred) and at least 2 years in a leadership role on Commercial projects.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of National Electrical Codes and the ability to read and interpret blueprints is essential.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively communicate job requirements and safety standards in English, as well as motivate and lead a job crew.
  • Communication: Generate Requests for Information (RFIs), memorandums, and other forms of communication to provide accurate information to team members.
  • Supervision: Monitor, direct, and improve the quantity, quality, and safety of work performed by the crew, while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • License and Transportation: Possession of a valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
