Duties & Responsibilities
- Schedule projects and manage teams
- Oversee roofing projects from start to finish.
- Pull permits with cities and work with city inspectors
- Analyze blueprints, survey notes, photos, client redlines, and bid documents to define the scope of work.
- Order material and schedule crews
- Assist roofing crew with materials and tools.
- Run errands for roofing projects
- Maintain an organized inventory.
- Keep job sites clean and debris-free
- Ensure quality and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in roofing is must!
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proven project management experience in roofing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of roofing materials and techniques.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
