Duties & Responsibilities

Field Management
• Oversee daily field activities on multi-family projects to meet milestone dates and overall schedule completion.
• Develop and maintain short-interval look-ahead schedules, addressing issues proactively.
• Manage and enforce the project site safety plan, fostering a culture prioritizing safety, health, and cleanliness. -
Construction Coordination
• Coordinate construction activities to ensure systematic work aligned with industry best practices and contract standards.
• Establish and maintain dimensional controls, including engagement with third-party survey and layout personnel as required.
• Ensure all installations meet quality standards with precise workmanship in alignment, leveling, and finish.
• Obtain necessary inspections and document quality aspects throughout construction.
• Maintain compliance with contract terms, legal requirements, and community regulations. -
Client & Project Administration
• Administer client-specific programs, including site rules, safety protocols, and security measures.
• Participate in pre-construction, progress, and staff meetings to facilitate project communication and coordination.
• Monitor self-performed activities to ensure adherence to budget constraints and project goals.
• Manage project scope changes, using current documents to prevent rework.
• Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and agreements to ensure compliance with terms and scopes.
• Oversee punch list completion and project closeout processes.
• Maintain accurate daily paperwork, including timecards, field reports, schedule updates, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with supporting work groups such as client IS departments, vendors, and security teams. -
Business Support
• Assist with proposal schedules, review estimates, support proposal creation, and participate in project interviews.
• Engage in company marketing and business development activities as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support company objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements

Construction Experience
• Demonstrated ground-up construction experience, specifically in multi-family environments.
• Associate’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent, or Journeyman status in a building trade with supervisory experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction means and methods for commercial and institutional projects. -
Technical Skills
• Proficiency with construction software, spreadsheets, email, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Current safety credentials such as OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR. -
